Summarize your bug Haunted House is bugged. Played 8 games, got the key, as soon as the cpu got on offense the game crashed and I lost and wasted the last 2 hours. Trash game, trash company. Give me my stuff. Been robbed of so many items and gotten no make rights.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Haunted House
What happens when the bug occurs? Crash
What do you expect to see? Give me my rewards and xp for the past 2 hours I just wasted.

Having the same problem now in PS5. About to win game 7 & game froze after it randomly initiated a replay of a catch. Grrrrr……

I had this happen again tonight. Had a massive haunted house fail. I paused for about a minute. When I came back, all my progress on trick or treat haunted house went away. It purported to give me 300 (I think) trick or treat but in actuality, it deleted all my trick or treat points and my progress on Haunted House. I tried to open haunted house again because I had an extra key. I applied the key, got an error and when I tried again, it said I had no key. So I lost my haunted house progress (4 of 5 wins), lost a haunted house key and lost over 1,000 trick or treat points. Obviously I’m furious and seem to have no recourse. Please let me know how I can be reimbursed for this.

This really killed my interest for this game. I had 2-3 year hiatus because i was so mad how buggy the game was at that time. Payed f-ing 100$ for this year to give this a chance. I’m feeling pretty hustled just to see that this game is still bug filled money crab.

And are you aware how that event worked? No one, NO ONE played that for 10 or 50 treats. We played for the challenge
