Help… can’t play madden 2024 when I’m trying to play Mut… it’s been weeks ?

Pls help me…. Every time I am trying to log online try to play my ultimate team. It keeps showing the same error saying I can’t login but I played Madden 26 even the EA college 25 I was able to login...

I've had the same problem as of Sunday, 8/24.   
Never was a problem before and I tried rebooting my router and Xbox one series X twice.   
Open to suggestions if anyone has a solve yet.
