Http 404 error

I keep getting http 404 error every time I try getting on madden 24 on it xbox one. Why is this?

Unfortunately I am still experiencing the same HTTP 404 Error on Madden NFL 24 Xbox One. I was told the team at EA Sports is actively investigating this issue.

Yeah they replied to me under another post. I gave them a video and everything. Waiting to hear back from them still, we’ll see what happens. It’s only been 2 days so far. Hoping it gets somewhere. I recommend you find the post in my post history and try to see if you can give them your gamertag like I did

  No luck here with it since submitting my name. Going to ask if they have an updates for me since it’s been a week. If I don’t hear back I’m filing for arbitration. I know how this company is.
