I keep getting http 404 error every time I try getting on madden 24 on it xbox one. Why is this?

Have had the issue myself for almost 2 weeks now. Highly recommend sending a letter filing for arbitration to their legal team if they don’t get this fixed soon. Seems there’s a lack of support around here and when create a case for this. We all need to band together to get support for this it seems like.
