Http 404 error

I keep getting http 404 error every time I try getting on madden 24 on it xbox one. Why is this?

No luck here with it since submitting my name. Going to ask if they have an updates for me since it’s been a week. If I don’t hear back I’m filing for arbitration. I know how this company is.
