check and make sure in your settings on the main page, that you don't have coach mode turned on. If turned on, the game will take over your controls post-snap if no controller input is detected. Meaning you pressed A/X to hike the ball and didn't press any other buttons and didn't move either analog stick, the game takes over for you in coach mode
