Hey, it's been 48 hours since that twitter post has been made and my X factor token is still gone.

Summarize your bug I got the Super Bowl past light it up token and applied it to Warren Sapp. I downgraded it off of him to apply it to someone else and it disappeared from my account
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my items it won’t be in there and it won’t be equipped to Warren Sapp. U can go to my Super Bowl xp and see that I earned it and also bought a pack to get another one
What happens when the bug occurs? I equipped it and it didn’t appear to upgrade I checked back it was gone but I have the xp to prove it and recent purchases of packs to prove the amount of light it up tokens that I earned
What do you expect to see? A light it up past token back into my account that disappeared
@EA_Kent - Hi similar to others… I brought this to EAs attention beginning of Feb. had lost both of my 2light it up tokens (1 past and 1 present).
saw the EA Twitter (X) Post and still have not received the “makeright”. Binder still doesn’t have light it up nor is it equipped + no pack pending to be opened.

So my account username is BornPlains00432. I have had my light it up tooken disappear about 3 days ago and now I can’t get it on my sapp which is one of my best cards. Can somebody help me get it back?
