Light it Up X-Factor Token Disappeared

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Seasons
Summarize your bug I got the Super Bowl past and present light it up xfactor ability. I applied the present xfactor to ltd Patrick Mahomes and it disappeared from my account completely.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my items it won’t be in there and it won’t be equipped to patty. U can go to my Super Bowl xp and see that I earned it.
What happens when the bug occurs? I equipped it and it didn’t appear to upgrade I checked back it was gone but I have the xp to prove it
What do you expect to see? Patrick mahomes upgraded can u fix that

Can someone help me please? I need help with my 95 Super Bowl Past card. After applying the Light it up token and activating the superstar xfactor in my lineup, the Xfactor is not activated. He’s just has super abilities

@robo2166 Yea I lost one of them I know for sure but can’t remember I thought I had 3 because of buying a pack of but still only have 1 so either one lost 1 or 2 and still haven’t been fixed it’s sad kinda like releasing a pack 95++ pack yesterday and was speach less received Aaron Rodger’s ltd first one all year and yet all the streamers have pulled them all year upwards of multi millions in coins because ltds never loose value quick sell for 650000 coins and auction for double that someone complained because couple hours after released it was pulled because all kinds of people got first ltd of yet kinda sad

Dear EA, I am getting rid of players on my team and the light it up token disappeared after I took it off of Justin Reid, i bought another player to use the token on and couldn’t find it. This happened today at about 7:30 and I play on Ps5. My gamertag is bre2005_ and i hope this can be resolved considering money has been spent for this token

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take the light it up token off George Kar and move to it someone else
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t add light it up token to anyone else
What do you expect to see? My token being able to go into someone else

I’m not sure if I’m the only one, but I took my light it up token off of George Kar to put it on Doug will, and it will not let me.. anyone have any answers?
