My head to head madden ranking was taken for the 2nd time I should be top 150-100 but yall took my ranking I never quit and I never cheat

I began a game ranked in the top 70. After defeating an opponent, my rank reset to 883,367. I now have the rank of a player with one game played, even though I have over 1,000 wins. I do not rage quit, and I have zero complaints against me. Also, I rarely use the mike.

Any idea what happened or what I can do?
