@GandalfGames2762The game-data is stored on the console and in the cloud. This can only be deleted intentionally. and i guess the mut data is stored at EA side.
@baconmepleaseare you sure that you dont have reinstalled another version of m24 then the one you have played befor? old gen/current gen?
If you delete the game it can delete the save data at the same time. Doesn't have to be intentionally
@GandalfGames2762maybe the uninstall process can delete the file on the console, but 1000% not the file in the cloud. but as i said befor i am pretty sure that the mut team and stuff like that is stored on EA side.

I think @satfreaktom264 might have been on the right track here.
If you were originally playing on the Xbox One version of the game, if you downloaded the Xbox Series X|S version instead your progress would not carry over. The two versions of the game don't share progress between them, I'm afraid.
i have been playing the xbox one version of the game on my series x for months and it just now forced me to update to the series x version and i lost all my saves
