Hah! Got a solution that works for me at least.
Drop it out of fullscreen and run windowed mode. Just played through a quick game and everything was smooth.
@Hitchey Worked at first but doens't work after a restart.. Its how the game uses the hardware. 100% CPU and no GPU. It's an Enigne mistake.
Still working ok to me. Seriously, no GPU? Surely not... if its running on iGPU then hoo boy it should run like a beast when they actually decide to use our GPU's LOL
Its using my main gpu and my cpu like normal so i don't know what the problem is something with optimization I assume
