I had ~130 FPS in Conquest 128 prior to week 11 season 5 update; after updating the game I was getting ~24FPS. I didn't test with other games but I also had that same sub 30FPS issue runing Heaven benmchmark so I rolled back nVIDIA drivers from 536.99 to 536.67 and everything seems to be working fine again; seems to be an issue with the latest nVIDIA driver.
I haven't tested with any other resolutions to see if its a app related or resolution bug with the latest nVIDIA driver but can confirm that UWQHD is having issues running both 2042 and Heaven benchmark. I would think if it was an app issue there would be so much noise that nVIDIA would have released another driver since the 08/08 536.99 driver release so my guess would be resolution related issue or nVIDIA just doesn't care.
Not to say that BF2042 is flawless but the drastic drop this time around is a GPU driver and 2042 update combo because it ran fine on 536.99 on week 10 season 5 update but week 11 is when I started experiencing the FPS drop. There is still a fair amount of work to be done on the game to optimize it for PC HW utilization.
