Madden 24 - Don’t have X Factor/Abilities in game

No matter what mode I play I can’t use the X factors or abilities, it shows they have them but the players have nothing below there feet like they normally would. I’ve tried deleting the game, in franchise I’ve tried firing my coordinators and rehiring them. Even in normal team practice in the main menu when I load in they don’t have there ability’s.

    @Mohawkjjgames It’s your gameplay presentation it’s probably off. You have to go to your visual settings and turn something to on

    Edit the players trait to superstar save it then change it back and it should work

    It took away all of my x-factors,  both offense and defense,  multiple.  They don't show up in game,  my other 2 franchises Don't have this problem.  I removed the factors then put it back and the adjustment page says I have 0, despite having multiple x factors showing in red on that page.

    I have added a X-factor to everyone one of my players and that X-factor has yet to appear on any of them
