Madden 24 after update rosters are blank pictures

Hi @dilks1984 Can we try the following steps and check if this continues?

• Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
• Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
• Check for updates 
• Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Open you're Xbox NAT Type
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  

Same here. I face this crash every time with certain players in main menu or franchise. This is causing the game to be waste of money and time cause you cant do anything. 

Yep, completely agree.  The game is pretty much unplayable right now.  Can’t believe that EA hasn’t done something about this yet.

Same here I want a refund this is bs we all shouldn't be dealing with this if the game isn't ready to come out or play then the developers should take more time and put out a more quality game on ps4

Same here when I try to play franchise mode to update my roster and sign free agents on certain plain it will show a blank white picture on there face card and after scrolling through more positions to update it just show all blank player faces then when you try to back out it freezes.. this is sickening something needs to be done. 

Having that same issue as well on Xbox one. 

PS4 here. I cant seem to find solution with different rosters or installing the game again. Hope to see this fixed soon. 

I thought it was just in main menu edit roster. Turns out it's in rosters on franchise as well. Game is completely unplayable on ps4
