Madden 24 cannot play ea trial issue

I have purchased madden 24 since day one and have never had an issue playing. However today when I went to play I got an ea trial message. Saying I need to log into the correct account to play since my trial is done. 

doesn’t make sense cause I never played the trial and own the game. Tried logging out of and into my account again. Restarting my console and reinstalling the game and the issue was not fixed.

have reached out to ea and apparently they are aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix.

    In the meantime we have seen some reports that hitting LT or L2 and switching to a different profile, then switching back to your main account may help to get around this.

    Madden 24 is saying that my EA trial is up and I can’t play.. I looked and made sure my account is active I’ve tried paying for a year or 3 months instead of one but it still says I don’t have an active EA Subscription! I see this has been a problem for other people to please fix

    I had this problem and I am on Ebox.  I switched to a guest account, open the game, after receiving the missing ea play message I switched back to my main account.  This forced the servers to reload and it worked.

    Only works for one game/challenge and then it errors out again

    Ok so I figured it out, if you have 2 Xbox accounts and 2 ea accounts check which one is linked to the other. Bc I found out that both ea accounts are the same email. I tried to sign in using the Xbox button to login to ea and it brought up the same ea as signing in using my email. Even though it is two different Xbox accounts. All I had to do to fix the clashing issue was unlink the Xbox profile connected on my ea profile. And bam no error
