I am looking for help or answers on as to why when I want to download community created files for legend rosters or new draft classes, I am constantly loading without ever getting to the menu for the downloads. (XBOX Series X)
Been trying to access community files all day. Says please wait in bottom right and the screen doesn’t change. * * EA too lazy to fix problems in the game as always. So sick of this bs
Sitting here for 20 minutes now and hasn’t changed. Already restarted the game and restarted Xbox series s earlier. Didn’t work
Same issue here ever since that “fix”…now I haven’t been able to open the community files for about a week on Xbox Series X. I just want to make a new franchise with a custom draft class but EA doesn’t give a * about the bugs unless it’s with ultimate team.
I'm having same problem and I'm on PS5. What's weird is if I go on any other PSN name the community file downloads work on the other name.
I need the files on my main name.
I have uninstalled the game several times.
I have cleared the PS5 cache.
I have rebooted my PS5, modem and router.
Nothing works.
Experiencing this now on PS5
