Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"
I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

When trying to preload madden 24 it gets stuck on preparing and then it gives an error
- @Uriel13GV my downlaod button is greyed out for some reason.
Please allow the game to be preloaded via the EA app on Windows, it seems every but the EA app is able to be pre downloaded.
I have been trying to pre-load Madden 24 just takes forever on preparing then error the last few days again today how do I fix the already cleared cache?
