Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"
I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

I tried to download madden 24 cause I have the early access but it's stuck on preparing download. I've cleared the cache and basically have done everything I could find online. I'd upload a pic but it keeps crashing my browser

- @pbtad2hzoy0s Will EA is big company and it split into differenet Branch. EA like for mass effect work find. EA sport some sport work find but issuse is everyone is trying download NFL24 or trying get online
@pbtad2hzoy0s same issue still nothing for me have you found a solution tried ea chat but they wanted to cancel order and reorder said no because how would i get preorder rewards from july
I appreciate the servers are seemingly bugged right now, but I haven't managed to get passed "preparing" on the EA app for 2 hours. Any fixes for this? I'd appreciate simply installing it ready for tomorrow at this point...
I am downloading madden 24 through the EA app, have early access from the EA play subscription. When trying to install it just infinitely stays on "preparing" and then gives error message. I've closed the app multiple times, restarted the install multiple times.
How can there be issue knowing how popular this franchise is. After all the screw ups you people had with last years Madden how have you found ways to outdo yourself before the game is even fully released.I have the same issue. EA is a joke. I have been trying to preload since 8PM EST and nothing. No update from EA either. They don't care.
This is why I don't wanna spend $70 for the game. Because EA doesn't care, they only care about the money not the customers.

my assumption is that we cant download until it officially comes out on the 17th because they screwed up or something. no way im buying this game at full price if i end up having to download it on the same day everyone else gets it.
I have tried everything, uninstalling the launcher, clearing the cache both from the app and manually, and basically everything else I could find online. My game does not download and is stuck in a constant state of preparing. I've been looking forward to this game for months and now I can't even download it. Someone told me it was server issues but I got back on to try it again and still the same thing.
I also tried the steps in this video https://youtu.be/OLC-l6BOGts and no luck. This is seriously broken beyond belief.
