Summarize your bug Basically when I'm playing a game on franchise mode. I'm having a good game. The connection lost message comes and I lose my whole game. It doesn't even save to the cloud. I'm not happy.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make sure the ea servers doesn't keep crashing all the time. Maybe even have bots monitor the servers.
What happens when the bug occurs? I lose my whole game and it makes me play franchise on offline mode which is preseason only. Which I found interesting. Since previous games you could play regular season offline mode as well.
What do you expect to see? This to never happen again. Make an announcement that it'll be fixed.

I was playing online franchise mode madden 24. I was beating the lions 28-45. Then the connection error came and I lost my whole game. I am not happy. I see others are saying the same type of things. EA ours it to their customers to fix this issue.
