Everytime I try to play Madden 24 my game crashes, im on PC and have no idea how to fix it

Processor (Intel): Intel Core i5 6700k*(4-cores; 8-threads)
Memory: 10GB RAM
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon RX 570
Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
DirectX: DX12
Online Connection Requirements: Broadband
Hard-drive space: 50GBIt shouldnt be this complicated to play a game. You guys do this everytime.
