Madden 24 Freezing on PC

@TheIowanGodyeah sometimes i freeze up, i would say every two hours my whole pc freezes, i7 10th gen 2060. I can play madden 23 with like 200 fps in 2k so it's something to do with 24

Exact same problem. Wish it autosaved at halftime. Get to the final minute of several games and the whole PC locks up and needs to reboot with power off and on.

    @EA_Illium I dont know what you mean by client, online ID and region.
    Im in north America specifically the Northeast.
    There is no error message for me it is just a straight up freeze sometimes at the loading screen when going into a game sometimes in the game.
    The mouse still moves but the screen is froze and I have to crtl +Alt +del to open task manager and close the program.
    I have tried all the steps you have outline and optimized my computer to the max to try and push more resources to this program without much of a difference.
    I can attest to the fact that adjusting the graphics settings does nothing. I can play it on ultra and I can play on lowest settings, and it reacts the same way. Gameplay is slow and laggy and eventually freezes at some random point.
