You must be new to gaming and PCs, Intel right now has the most powerful processor
Intel Core i9-13900KS this is facts google ask many techs it's just the truth idk where you been.
The Intel Core i9-13900KS is the latest CPU to launch in Intel's 13th generation, and it's the top-performing CPU to date
Ryzen is still best bang for buck unless they release another cpu shortly.
Also for this game to make a powerful processor like yours run at almost 30 percent is weird sounds like fivem.
also in your youtube clip you don't show a steady percent is what i would like to see, my cpu stays at 35% then randomly jumps to 100%
I can play major titles with no problem like cyberpunk new world ect all above 1080.
LOL, come on now man, dont be a homer there are 5 AMD chips that perform better than that precious 13900ks, thats from every major review site. You dont even know what your talking about...
I have all the "big" games as you say, play them all in 4k hdr...they all have very similar characteristics with how the hardware reacts on my setup...actually madden has very good and low frametime and frame pacing compaired to cyberpunk at full max settings in 4k just for example. My cpu isnt powerful compaired to the new gens now after 3 years (actually im slightly cpu bottlenecked in games) but 25-60% is right on par with all the big games you mentioned
Madden 24 CPU and GPU Util test - YouTube
top right my man, never comes close to 100% cpu usage, and thats while encoding and streaming on same pc...you dont need a 2k pc to play any game...but if you expect a 900 dollar pc to look and play as good as that 2k pc your gonna always be disappointed...to many people try to play these games at settings their pc isnt suited for tbh.
