Madden 24 Getting message "Your previous game is still being processed"

So In squads the game didn't load, i got the lost and now It says wait for game to process may take 1 minutes. When it's been almost 2 hours

I am on pc maybe this happens to consoles as well but ea has been processing my game i was force to leave for almost 3 hours. I'm now unistalling hoping this fixes it...
This bug just makes it to where you can't play any head to head

bug happens after a game that happen last night 3rd game in now 7 hours later I still can't play..

Summarize your bug My game is still processing my last session that happen almost 7 hours ago. So I can't play head to head in squads. I'm afraid to try anything else incase this happens. First time this has happen on madden

Please refresh or fix this so I can or I'll need a refund because I can't play. I had to pick pc up top and x box but this is on pc

I can't play anymore games because this the last 8 hours

I have also reinstalled the game so this is on EA end pc specs are i7 10th gen 2060. Drivers are updated. Madden 23 works fine
The only problems i have with 24 is it randomly freezes pc, and loading into some games on head to head. Now I can't join a match at all after 3 matches

Please fix this, there is nothing to do with no more content at the moment so this makes the bug even worst
last game was 10 hours ago still processing and I didn't even leave the game failed to load like madden does every year. 
This makes me want a refund so please fix!! Buggy game I can take but a game I just can't play because it's not being process by ea is a different story

I won a game by a field goal and a max played closed app or turned off his game last night around 3:30AM and ever since the game ended I keep getting the message “your previous game is still being processed”  I closed app I reset my lineups nothing is working I just want my win so I can keep playing 

My head to head seasons has said that it was processing my game for the last 11 hours
