Tried closing the application and restarting console multiple times but the processing message keeps popping up

They need to just come out with an update or something because at this point we’re not going to be able to play until the official release date
absolutely horrid support service LOL. How does a company not test the game on PC whatsoever? It is an absolute lag/delay fest that makes it unplayable when I get to play. I was excited to have next gen finally on PC but now I realize how * of a decision it was due to just pure laziness.
