Hi Everyone,
I wanted to confirm if this was still happening to anyone after this morning's maintenance?
If so would it be possible to get a video of this?
Yes. I trigged this error after I quit the app during a H2H game. I went to get back onto Madden later and I am unable to play All-Madden MUT. I can play other modes but not that one.
Apparently this happened to some of my friends and their issue was fixed after the server maintenance, but I am newly experiencing this issue.

Nope everything else in the game is functional.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
I tried all of the steps that were outlined for Xbox. They did not work. Even completely uninstalled and reinstalled Madden.

@GMroz613 Have you tried the following?
- When you Lock in your new Line Up you are prompted with an invite list.
- Invite someone who can join "Get into Game".
- Once in, you can quit.
- The event is unlocked again.
- If you don't invite someone on that initial lock-in and get into the game the event will remain locked out by a previous session.

What does that even mean? You can’t retire the event in H2H seasons. This isn’t play a friend

It was for something entirely different I was updating. Not all steps apply to all modes, but can in most cases with this issue.
- 2 years ago@EA_Shepard its pretty obvious this is an issue with the servers or coding of the game. it seems to happen on all consoles and pc. so now we've paid $100+ for a game we can not play. what would you suggest we do? sit and wait?

@ToughBoar799482 If the above does not work, you can try the following:
- Retire the event - If the mode is applicable
- When locking in your lineup you'll get a prompt with an invite list
- Invite someone who is able to join
- Get into the game
- Once in, you can quit and the event is unlocked again
Once troubleshooting has been performed and still not working, we take that information back to the team and have them take a look into it further.

I hope so. There's no way to retire any H2H season, MUT Champs, or House Rules. Mine have all been frozen for 2 Days I haven't been able to play anything but challenges

@Angruwo As you are on Xbox, can you log into another profile, or a guest profile and access the same modes that you are not able to on yours?
- 2 years ago@EA_Shepard i have it on ps5 as well, as this happened to me yesterday on ps5, i switched to a different account and it happened after a few games on that one too. gave up after that, but yeah, other accounts can access house rules fine

@ToughBoar799482 When you delete the profile files in the creation center, with the roster files and whatnot, does this change anything on how many games you can play before it happens again or makes no difference?
- 2 years ago@EA_Shepard it happens when the game crashes or when someone quits, the game gets stuck processing in the EA server. nothing to do with us man

@EA_Shepard Yes, my other accounts can access H2H just fine but I spent money on the account that it's happening to so why would I switch

Can we get an update on the status of this glitch? I’ve been locked out of h2h mut for over two days and now I’m at a disadvantage against players who have been able to play and level up their comp pass.

And the maintenance did nothing but fix solo battles I need help with ur end on processing my game so I can play h2h reg seasons

aaaand after the server reboots everything works, but yeah, its our consoles or computers doing it, smh

Hey All,
Once the maintenance is over, please log back in and see if you are getting the same issue. We need to see who is still affected so we can pass that along to the team so we can take a look at the other options available for this specific error.

@EA_Shepard Worked for about an hour after the server maintenance now its doing it to me again. Might I add all 3 times this happened it was in the middle of running speed option and it froze when i pitched the ball
It's been 4 days since I've been able to play MUT please fix.
