So In squads the game didn't load, i got the lost and now It says wait for game to process may take 1 minutes. When it's been almost 2 hours

MUT Play a friend draft "ATTENTION:  Your previous game is still being processed by the EA servers. Your estimated processing time is less Than 1 Minute. To refresh,  please exit and enter the event again. " been stuck on this error for 2 days after a game with my friend crashed both our apps. EA has so many bugs they don't even offer a proper support ticket method to resolve issues.
