Hello, I am having problems starting a Head 2 Head MUT Champ game. The error started over a day ago when I initially started a MUT CHAMPS game. I clicked the button to start a MUT CHAMPIONS game, however in the process of the game attempting to start, it froze and kicked me back to the Madden 24 Home Screen. When I go back into MUT CHAMPIONS to launch a new game, it gives me the following error message “Your previous game is still being processed by the EA servers. Your estimated processing time is less than one minute. To refresh, please exit and enter the human again.” It seems like that game never processed correctly on the EA servers and it has been stuck in this loop for almost 24 hours. I am able to play other head to head modes including Seasons and House rules, however this prohibits me from playing Champions and earning the rewards from the Competitive field pass. I have contacted EA support to no avail and have power cycled my console as well as reset the network settings but nothing has worked. Please help me get back into MUT Champions
@LuckyBreak331Im having the same problem with regular h2h mut seasons, EA support just keeps telling me to wait it out and try changing my lineup but that does nothing and its been over 24 hours now. Have you had any success in resolving the issue if so, howd you do it?
