I can’t play my mut seasons because I keep getting this message can y’all help me

I got to the playoffs then this happens 🤦🏽♂️
It just happened to me in house rules right quick. I tried to join a game and it did it. But then I could talk to the person out in the lobby even though we weren’t in the game together. These servers are so buggy right now man.
EA this is a message about my mut regs/squads/duos/mut champions/and mut regs madden dif/ it says that I am 12-7 in my reg seasons games in mut theres nothing I can do to fix the issue every time I play someone when or lose it will put them in week 1 spot even know it says im 12-7
