I got out of all madden seasons game on mut when servers were down and now I cannot play anymore, every time I click all madden seasons it says processing previous game.

To me it seems if people finished a game when servers went down, whatever mode they were in is gated. Mine was All madden h2h seasons, other people claim mut champs, house rules, regular seasons are gated for them.

We are starting to see an increase in players getting this specific error not only in Seasons but a few other areas of the game. The team has been notified and they are currently looking into the error on their end.

It's pretty sad that I went from my game crashing on the series x and switched to a series s I had in the house to stop that from happening. Only to find out that I was gonna have this still being processed issue for normal h2h in MUT 2 days later. Had to look online for a fix only to find a longer thread for this issue than the other that I was having and on two separate xboxs. Game I finished earlier is still being processed hours later and I can't play head to heads now because of this.

I attempted to get a refund via sony, but because I downloaded the game they denied me. I really would appreciate a refund, I have had so many server issues and errors like this has limited my ability to play. My time is already limited due to having a 1 year old. I would appreciate a refund.

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I reinstalled game, made new lineup, tried having friend invite me, resetting game, resetting pc, playing other game modes then trying to enter MUT Squads, none have worked.
It has suddenly started working, unknown how and what fixed it
