Madden 24 Getting message "Your previous game is still being processed"

• Are you getting an error message? stuck on servers processing in house rules
• Which modes does this happen in? house rules
• Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode? attempting to play a house rules game.
• Does this happen to any other account on the device? no
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) wireless
• Is anything else happening? similar server issues have happened intermittently when attempting to play squad battles.

• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: closed and restarted game, restarted system. Rearranged squad.

I attempted to get a refund via sony, but because I downloaded the game they denied me. I really would appreciate a refund, I have had so many server issues and errors like this has limited my ability to play. My time is already limited due to having a 1 year old. I would appreciate a refund.
