I was playing a head 2 head game in Ultimate Team and the servers disconnected mid game and now every time I go to play it gives me the attention message saying”it is still being processed” and it was over 8 hours ago, is there any tech support I can get to help me with this? I can’t find live chat anymore and every problem solving thing that the website has is trying to blame xbox servers but it 100% is maddens problem.
Im having the same issue. and it has also been about 8 hours for me as well. I tried removing the game and reinstalling still no hope. But Madden Direct on Twitter said All Xbox X/S, PS5 and PC are down. TBD on when its back.
