So In squads the game didn't load, i got the lost and now It says wait for game to process may take 1 minutes. When it's been almost 2 hours

Summarize your bug The game froze and then crashed in the middle of a mut Champions game. My PC gave me an alert that madden had caused high CPU usage and it crashed the game. Ever since my Mut Champions is blocked behind "Game Processing. Estimated wait time less than 1 minute." It has been all day now.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Cause the game to crash in the middle of the second quarter. It usually triggers after a crash or a rage quit.
What happens when the bug occurs? The mode gets locked behind a "game is processing in ea servers. estimated wait time is less than 1 minute."
What do you expect to see? Hopefully some type of compensation. I was 9-2, I was working my way towards A.J Terrell and have a lost a whole day of champions to this. I have a heavy work schedule, so this was like my opportunity to play ☹️ I notice above it said console, but I have a PC and got the game through steam client.
