Madden 24 Getting message "Your previous game is still being processed"

got disconnected from a madden champions game and when I went to join another one, was given that error message. Has been 7 hours and it still is giving me the same message.

isn’t impacting anything else, however I am unable to progress more for those mut champs xp goals.

please help.
