Madden 24 Getting message "Your previous game is still being processed"

I won a game by a field goal and a max played closed app or turned off his game last night around 3:30AM and ever since the game ended I keep getting the message “your previous game is still being processed”  I closed app I reset my lineups nothing is working I just want my win so I can keep playing
