Madden 24 Laggy and Slow on PC

I'm playing Madden 24 on PC. Whenever I load into any game mode, my game occasionally runs in slow motion, but sometimes it runs completely normal. It's worth noting that I have all of my graphics settings turned all the way down to the lowest settings, but the issue persists. Also, when I load into Ultimate Team and start a Head-to-Head game, I can't select a play, and the camera is stuck at a wide-angle shot of the field/stadium, which almost forces me to eventually quit my game. I know that I've read about other people having this same issue with game performance, but I wasn't sure if it was something that I could easily fix. 

@EA_Illium it's a developer issue. CPU bottlenecks due to bad implementation of code, causing the game to run mostly off the CPU and virtually no GPU usage. We are already in December and this issue is still not fixed. Thankfully I only got the demo of the game then realizing this issue I didn't buy, I feel really awful for consumers who paid $70 this game on PC and can't enjoy it due to the dev team not giving the PC community any recognition. If you want to play madden without this bug, your only option is to hop back on Madden 23 unfortunately as this will most likely not be fixed until the next Madden is released. 

Why can't EA make this compatible or optimizable on GeForce Experience?
