No I don’t get an error message. My game just freezes and I have to close app
Hi @AyoJamez Can we try the following?
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

I as well am having this difficulty. It worked yesterday but today it won’t load completely for some reason

Yes I too am on PS5
No errors at all.
I uninstalled the game and when I went to reinstall it....it wouldn't download....my internet and router is working.
This morning, before work, I checked again...I was able to download and install and it actually loaded and was ready to play around 6:30 AM.
Unfortunately, after work, 3:45 PM....I tried to play the game and low and behold....same damn problem.....so I decided to reset my PS5....removing all games and setting to factory settings....and after doing my set up....it wouldn't download any of the games..... I did not realize that my purchasing the download games that it would be dependent on the PS5 Network functioning properly as this morning I recieved a message that the Network was experiencing difficulties.

- Are you getting an error message?
- Which modes does this happen in?
- Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- How long are you playing until this happens?
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

- Does this happen to any other account on the device? No
- How long are you playing until this happens? This happened just a couple times

- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired
- Is anything else happening? No.
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I tried to reach EA Customer Service to get this appealed.
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... Literally my screen my stuck on black EA loading screen didn't get to see the Madden field.

the same thing is happening to me on PC, i can load into the menus completely fine but ti go to load into a game and it will either freeze in the loading screen or it will freeze the moment i get into the game. ive tried almost everything and still nothing. just want to play the game

I have a similar issue my game takes forever to load and once done loading it doesnt want to go into any mode it keeps saying error about server. My PS 5 said i have played for 26 hours but it was probs 9 the other hours was me trying to play but keeps giving me that error. I thought at first its just MUT as its my fave but tried other modes today seeing how much i struggle with MUT and nothing. So i have followed all your steps here, even followed steps of youtubers and nothing, im on a direct line with 98mpbs down and 70 up. I have cleared cache redid license EVERYTHING and nothing today has been the worst been here for 4 hours and havent even gotten in once. I have other games i can play but i really dont want to cause im loving this game when it works. Its sucks that it works less then it should as ita very deflating. I dont know if maybe in your next update this issue can be patch or what but it really sucks. I haven even deleted the game in reinstalled it deleted other games legit have done it all. I dont know if EA just hates me… but i expect better

Hi my game works just fine in every game mode but face of the franchise. I am on Pc and dont know how to fix it
