Madden 24 not loading

Everytime I try to load into a game I get stuck on the loading screen EVERYTIME. I’m on ps5 btw

Hi @tainohands,
Are you on PS5 as well? Do you get any error messages?

It keeps stopping just short of full loading...I would say around the 95 to 97% loading as I was able to down load the game.
