Madden 24 not loading

Everytime I try to load into a game I get stuck on the loading screen EVERYTIME. I’m on ps5 btw

    Same with my madden, online matches will kick me out or will be stuck on the loading screen and never get me into game i’ve tried everything and nothing has worked.
