Madden 24 Offline Franchise Won't Load

Summarize your bug When I get to the franchise screen and try to load my offline franchise save file, it shows it is loading but always returns me back to the franchise file menu and hence I am unable to access my saved file.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how to find the bug, the franchise save file is just not loading.
What happens when the bug occurs? The file shows that it is loading with the NFL backdrop on the screen however instead of loading the franchise save file and being able to access my franchise team, I am returned back to the franchise saved files screen.
What do you expect to see? I want to be able to access my franchise save file again. I spent alot of time on this save and this isn't the first time it has happened. This happened last year on madden 23 to me too.
Its like I've hit a digital wall blocking me from accessing my franchise save file
