Same here. Another year, another $100 stolen by EA. I love NFL football and I love sports simulation gaming. Unfortunately, EA has monopolized the market and I have no other option. Usually I can make do with Madden to satisfy the itch, but with the freezing and stuttering during game play it looks like that won't be possible. Has anyone heard from EA on this issue? Refund? A fix?

@BranhamBryan EA is absolutely useless. I’ve contacted them 2 separate times and I’m still stuck with an unplayable game
