I have the same issue. EVERY SINGLE GAME in my Franchise, it runs fine until the 4th quarter starts. Then, everything starts to stutter in between plays. It can take about 5 seconds for the screen to finally refresh correctly. And this is on Xbox Series S. It's meant for higher rates. This should not be an issue. Microsoft seriously needs to fix this. It has been happening since release. Never had this issue with other years. I think I'm done buying the game every year. It isn't worth having to deal with some major issue that affects how the game is played.
