madden 24 on PC - utilizing CPU instead of GPU

I’m waving the white flag as I’m tired of trying to get this game to work. I literally bought a new gpu to get this game to work.

I started to realize that the game itself is utilizing CPU instead of the GPU. I have an i5 7600k which can handle this game however the game is utilizing the CPU instead of the GPU. I don’t think this problem can be fixed anytime soon and developers might need MONTHS to resolve this issue.

Well this may be it. I have only managed to "play the trial for 4 hours" Even then I have yet to play a full game without it crashing. The CPU is hogged everytime I play and GPU sits idle.
I guess I wont be playing madden for the first time since like 1995. This has legit been my Bday gift every year since I can remember now 37. such a fall from grace
