Madden 24 PC controller not working (works with all other games)

Hey there!

We are aware of this issue and currently looking into it! In the meantime we have some questions and a potential solution for you!

1. Do you have Steam running in the background? Quitting steam may resolve the issue.
2. If Steam is running what do your Controller settings look like? You can find them by going to Settings > Controller. A screenshot of them would be helpful.
3. Should look like the attached image below. 

If you have any external gamepad settings enabled you can also try turning them off.

It would also be helpful to know if you have any "Desktop Configurations" in your "Desktop Layout" menu. A screenshot of this screen would be helpful too. These desktop configurations are known to interfere with the game if they're active, though disabling the external gamepad settings for whatever controller you're using should negate this.
