Any solution to the constant freezing or crashing!?!?!? The game is literally unplayable. The game either freezes after the start menu or a few plays into a game. I have followed the "step by step solution" and nothing has worked! I have uninstalled the game 3 times, cleared cache and rebuilt the data base 2 times, and completely reset my console. If they are not going to fix the issue or even communicate that they are working on it I want a damn refund for this broken * game.
Same here, still can't play the game. I am curious, when did you purchase your console? I've been dealing with this issue for a bit now, and it seems like it is pretty common for people who got their console right at launch. Genuinely sad that the people getting screwed over are the ones who actually got and kept their console during all that mess. Seems like the only fix for it is to talk with Sony (or anywhere that can do it) and get a repair underway. I haven't seen anyone that works for any of these companies actually give any info on the issue other than to rebuild, reset, and all that. $500 on the console, $70 for unplayable games, and $240 minimum for the repair. I very much regret being a Sony fan 3 years ago.
Hey Nick, I understand that your having issues that are very frustrating, but I believe your anger is misplaced. It seems that your mad at Sony and I think your issue is with EA. I too have the launch PS5 (I got it on black Friday from PlayStation direct. I have had some performance issues with Madden 24 and I have not had any crashes until last night after the latest Madden 24 update. Before that I could play any mode without any crashes. I had glitches, didn't get my pre order stuff that EA promised, but my issues are not Sony's system, it is EA. All my other games work perfectly too. I don't know it this is a part of why it has not effected me as much as others but I did update my SSD hard drive. I added a barracuda 1TB hard drive last year to my PS5.
I am working on compiling a list of all the bugs, glitches and issues with Madden 24 and all known fixes. I am going to post it to my website that covers Madden. I am unaffiliated with EA or Madden, and you can tell I have integrity and am not bought by them based on some of my articles I've done on my website such as calling them out for many of these issues, calling for the NFL exclusive rights to be taken away from them and offering other football games to play instead of Madden 24. I am a Madden 24 news, tips, strategy's and more website just covering the game hoping to get some what big and hopefully effect some change with Madden in the future.

Game is not loading anytime I want to go to the field or change a uniform. Everything else works. I have tried all of your "steps" and nothing works. Fix the game or give us our money back.
