Thanks for letting us know what you are experiencing inside Madden NFL 24.
If you are seeing crashing on the PlayStation, try the following steps first.
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

- Which modes does this happen in?
- Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?

- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

I'm still getting non stop CE-108255-1 while playing only Madden 24 which has been going on since early access.
- Platform: ps5
- PSN ID/Gamertag: th3pl20
- Are you getting an error message? CE-108255-1
- Which modes does this happen in? any, franchise, ultimate team etc
- Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode? no
- Does this happen to any other account on the device? no
- How long are you playing until this happens? only 10-15 minutes

- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) wireless
- Is anything else happening? no
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: All that you and sony have recommended for this error, restore license, rebuild storage, clear cache, i've even factory reset my ps5 twice and the issue persists, only with madden 24

@EA_Illium Can I get some help or insight on resolution on this? I haven't been able to play this game as intended since launch.
I'm still getting the CE error code nonstop as well. I don't have any issue with other PS5 games besides Jedi Survivor, I ended up returning it because it was unplayable. Seems like an EA issue or console issue.
