Madden 24 ps5 crashing

Basically title. Any time playing challenges or solo battles or any content in the game, the game crashes kicks me and asks me to report the problem i’ve tried all remedies I can find, on/off, creat...

Game crashes, when i load into h2h or showdown game modes. Did the whole list for solutions:

- rebuild database

- delete re install game

- change graphic modes

- update game/system

- reset ps5 

- clear caches 

- tried wired/non wired connection

- even bought digital and Physical copies of the game

still my game keeps crashing. 
Please EA help

Perhaps we all need to file with the Better Business Bureau.  They have my money and have yet to advance through Franchise mode.

      Just crashed on NCAA for me…. Same as madden. Devastated

        Gross. 

        I couldn’t play madden last year as this was never resolved for me and I could never get dialog with a rep

        Was hoping after a couple days of madden 25 being out I wouldn’t hear anything like this but not hopeful now
