Perhaps we all need to file with the Better Business Bureau. They have my money and have yet to advance through Franchise mode.

  I couldn’t play madden last year as this was never resolved for me and I could never get dialog with a rep
  Was hoping after a couple days of madden 25 being out I wouldn’t hear anything like this but not hopeful now
