Madden 24 PS5 Online Stutter
Everytime I go into any online gameplay my game stutters/lags every second or two. The game is completely unplayable as I cannot use the kick meter, throw the ball, move, pick a play, make pre-snap adjustments, or anything due to the stutter. My connection speeds are more than enough at over 620 mbps for download and over 17 mbps upload. I've cleared my cache, rebuilt my database, changed my DNS, deleted and re downloaded the game, restored licenses, LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Nothing works. I chatted with EA for an hour and the guy literally just told me to do all the things I've already done. The customer service is awful as the chat operators are only equipped to suggest the things that are already in existing topics on EA Help or on this forum. Also there is very little topics that offer a chat/email option and they are hard to find. Once you do find them they don't offer much additional assistance. The guy/bot told me multiple players are having this issue and they are updated the servers to fix it at 11 am UTC. 11 AM UTC is 5 AM where I am. I reached out at 10:30 am. In response he said "my bad". WHAT ARE WE DOING EA FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FIX YOUR GAME.
