Madden 24 servers down?

The servers are currently up so we should go through some troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo Thanks for reaching out. I am on the Playstation network just fine and can access online content except with madden 24. I have power cycled my network as well as the ps5 and madden all separately? It also says "attention" at the top of the message and not connection failed

@EA_Aljo I also logged into my ea account online and was able to without issue. Just to ensure my account information qas up to date?

@EA_Aljo I was playing last night before bed just fine and woke up to not be able to sign in?

Thanks for the details. Next, try deleting the personal saved data for Madden 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate Madden 24 and delete the saved data.
