I haven’t been able to play Solo Battles in like 3 days. It’s stuck on the Leaderboard screen. Pretty disappointing considering I just got the game 4 days ago. I talked to someone at EAhelp and was told it’s a current known issue and being worked on. What bothers me is the fact that I haven’t been able to find anything letting the community know about it. So people are just left in the dark. I get it that stuff happens…. Just communicate to your community.
I contacted Playstation support about a refund. Their policy states that a refund can be issued if the content is faulty. However, due to the fact that EA has not confirmed that there are any issues with the game, they are unable to issue a refund. Meanwhile, Solo Battles are still nowhere to be seen and now all I get on House Rules is Error! The event is unavailable. But hey, on the bright side, the store is fully functional.
I brought a pack off the store the other day, took my coins and didn't get the pack. After the whole day talking to multiple people this is a known issue. So at this point we're lucky madden isn't a bomb, would have blown up by now
